Land south of Warmlake Road, Chart Sutton

We would like to know your thoughts on our Concept Plan for the land south of Warmlake Road.  If you would like to provide us with feedback, we would be grateful if you could please fill in the form below by 6pm on Monday 30 September 2024.

Once we have had the chance to review and consider the feedback received, the intention is to submit an outline planning application to Maidstone Borough Council, with all matters reserved except the proposed access on Warmlake Road.  This application will not seek consent for a specific layout of the 35 homes but will seek to agree the parameters that would govern the future development of the site, based on the Concept Plan but subject to potential revisions based on the feedback received.

You can choose whether to give feedback anonymously or to share your name and home address with us.  We will only use this information to: 1) follow-up on any queries you raise on the form; 2) follow-up on specific points you make, which we may wish to explore further with you; or 3) understand where you live in relation to the proposed development.  We will never use your information for marketing purposes.
